The room was good and clean, the location is very central, and the staff were friendly, especially Mutiara staff lobby who served us to check out

I could have given this hotel a perfect 10. However, there was one issue that really bothered me when i was checking in. After checking in, first thing I did was checking the toilet flusher and found that it was not working properly / blocked. Called the reception and they quickly sent a technician, but the issue was not fully resolved and the technician also said still possibillity to be broken again. I also wait that more than 3 mins the toilet was still continously refilling water - its a long time for a proper toilet. But still the staff refuse to change my room. I called the staff again about the update condition and requested to change rooms I don´t want to have any risk, but I was told that I cannot change the room because they already called the technician and he s repairing it... I only can get a new room if its broken again (??) at the end they change my room after i walk to the lobby I don’t understand why the hotel required additional issue for a room change when there was already evidence of a malfunction. Guests should have the right to request a room change if there is a clear problem—especially something as essential as a malfunctioning toilet that cannot be properly repaired.

Bed is so confortable. easy to sleep well and quite no noisy .

old facility , some area not so clean .

The location is good, the rooms are clean.

The stuff at the reception did charge me the wrong price, the rooms are old and too expensive for that what you get.
