- free upgrade to a better room
- the hotel staff was very friendly
- the cleanliness should be improved! The rooms are very old and not very clean
- the crowd at the breakfast hall should be taken under control. We could not enter the breakfast salon directly due to many people being there at the same time. But since we only waited for 5-10 mins this issue has been resolved quickly. Nevertheless this should be improved for future guests.

so many breakfast from cake to heavy meal, all you can eat and drink was served with good quality.. kinda haha
the place was too far from where i come from, other than that was okay, the staff is friendly and helpful

It’s really far away from the centre of Jakarta and a bit in the middle of nowhere.
