The property is well maintained. It’s very neat and clean 👌 Housekeeping and maintenance is doing a really commendable job. Actually you feel that you are staying at 5 star ⭐️ property . You experience start as soon you arrive at property greeted by security then escorted to Front desk . Check in was so smooth and professional. Explained in details everything then to the room . Well kept and well maintained 😍 I had the meal 🥘 and really tasty . I do understand their limitations as a 3 star ⭐️ property but the team with big smile 😊 and professionalism will make your stay memorable 🥳 I must recognize Ms. ELBA at Front Desk, always carry big smile , very positive attitude and very professional team member. I must say she is your star 🌟 Kudos to all of you and thank you 🙏

lokasi yang strategis , kamar mandi yang bersih . ada bidet juga. kamar cukup terang. front officenya ramah. depan hotel ada mall citrland yang lengkap . tinggal 10 mnt jalan.

air ,minum di kamar tidak dapat air mineral nelaikan harus isi sendiri teko air ke lantai dasar. jadi saya bolak balik trus. kemudian paling penting. walaupun fasilitasnya bersih.tapi sprei nya kotor banget. banyak noda noda baik di kasur maupun bantal. kemudian ketika baru tiba dan saya buka selimutnya di kasurnya ada beberapa helai rambut. sehingga sya menarik kesimpulan ini kasurnya dibersihkannya tidak maksimal. satu lagi ketika pagi hari sekitar pk 6 pagi saya pergi di parkiran tidak ada yang jaga sehingga ketika keluar mobil agak kesulitan tidak ada yang membantu parkirkan.

The location was strategic near Grogol intersection and easy access from Busway or KRL station. The interior and room decor was so on point and modern, the towels were exeptionally clean and the lighting was sufficent. The staffs were friendly and helpful. They charged 100 thousand rupiah for deposit which given back during check out.

The parking lot. It was very small compared to the hotel size. I needed to park my car outside the hotel area and it worried me. The security helped me to park and said it would be safe...which was true. Still I hope they provide more parking space.
