Catch and release fishing directly from the dock. You can bring your own fishing poles as we do not provide it. Hammock for lounging.

Throughout the year, our Playground, Basketball Courts, and Fishing Lakes remain open for use daily from 7 AM until dusk.
The Swimming Lake and Pool area
The hours for these areas are as follows:
Swimming Lake: 7 AM - Dusk
Pool: 11 AM - 7 PM
Opens Memorial Day weekend (weekends only until 2nd week of June).
Open daily all summer starting 2nd week of June.
Closes Labor Day Monday.
Please note that all swimming areas are "Swim at Your Own Risk," as no lifeguards are on duty.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire property via keyless entry.
Other things to note:
No smoking
No parties
No fireworks
Quiet time: 10pm - 6am

This fits my family of 13 and had more room to host more guest in my opinion. This locations was absolutely prefect for our family. Everything was literally 15 mins away from shopping centers, different resorts, and mount airy casino. Our family were able to spend the lots of time in the back yard fishing and kayaking. If I had any questions or concerns, I was able to communicate with the host and get a response right away. I highly recommend and will definitely rebook at this location again.

If you're looking for a peaceful Summer Rental then this is the place to choose. The place was spotless, that really sets the tone for comfort for us. Anyone who likes to fish would find some pretty large catfish waiting for you. They do seem to prefer the worms! There was plenty of food options to choose from in the area and of course a close by Walmart that has everything. There's so many water parks and options for young and old to choose from. It was also fun for an evening out at the local casino. We highly recommend this rental.
