🌊 Come live the SaltLife on 30A! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome sits at the end of Prominence, so it's quiet and private. It sleeps 9 with a king suite, a queen room, and a bunk room for the kids. The pool is less than a 5 minute walk, the golf cart gets you to Deer Lake beach in about 5 minutes, and The Big Chill is close by for dinner and ice cream.

📍 BEACH ACCESS OPTIONS~
- Deer Lake State Park (closest, 0.5 mi): 3 min drive, 5 min golf cart ride, or 15 min walk. Ample parking for cars and golf carts, new restrooms, grills, and shelters. The boardwalk is about a quarter mile long. $3 per vehicle, paid in cash on site or reserved in advance. Note: the gate closes at 6 PM.
- Seabreeze: About a 5 min golf cart ride or 8 min bike ride east on 30A. Park on the north shoulder of 30A and use the nearby crosswalk.
- Gulf Lakes: Best by bike, using the pedestrian path along the south side of 30A. Bike racks available. Note: "No Parking" signs prohibit golf cart parking on the south shoulder near the access.
- Walton Dunes: About a 7 min drive or a quick golf cart or bike ride. No boardwalk or steps, so you can walk straight from the road onto the sand. Easy to drop off people and gear before parking in the nearby lot, plus plenty of bike racks. Beach service is available here from local vendors.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: About 15 min by car. Ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. Not reachable by golf cart due to the distance from the home.
✏️ GOOD TO KNOW~
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct 1 - Nov 30 and Dec 21 - Dec 31.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

From super clean house to very comfortable beds, Kalos was amazing to work with. I had questions 3 times in particular, and they responded immediately with help. Easy check in, loved the golf cart and bikes, and the location was perfect. They had plenty of chairs and toys and umbrellas to take to the beach!

The property managemment went above and beyond for sure. We had to switch units bc we extended our stay, and they accommodated that switch over super well! The unit was roomy, the golfcart and beach chairs were a plus for sure! The master bed was very comfortable. Just a heads up- This place does not come stalked with any type of seasonings or oil of any sort, so make sure you grab that with your grocery order. The cons: The floors were sandy, and a bitbdirty upstairs. Both guest beds were filled with sand upon arrival, as well as the washer and dryer. I reached out and let them know, and they offered to fix the issue however they could. The bedrooms upstairs do not really stay cool, and that was an issue, especially in the dead heat of summer. I made the team aware, and they said they would have maintenance look into it. If all of these things were addressed, and for sure promised for the next stay that all would be fixed, I would stay again.
