My family and I loved this place. Lots of room for everyone, privacy, great views, clean. We had so much fun watching the sunsets on the deck, grilling dinner with a drink in hand!We had 3 cars, so that was a problem as there is tandem parking for 2, and we had to park the 3rd car way far away in Dillon. But otherwise - perfection!

We had two families staying here with a total of 9 people. The rooms were comfortable and everyone fit well. We loved the fact that there were 3 King sized beds! Everything was clean and as expected. The supplied firewood was appreciated!
I gave the location and neighborhood only 4 stars. This is just because we were hoping to Uber to and from the Keystone ski lifts. Unfortunately Uber isn't very popular in the area and the transportation companies were hard to get on the schedule. But the neighborhood is nice. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow out front and going to the hot tub.

First let’s address pickup and drop off of key. The location for this is not at the property but a few miles away. Other properties we have rented have digital locks so there is no need to go elsewhere to pick up a key. This property was very spacious and rustic. However there are many levels with lots of steps which may not be suitable for seniors. Not sure this was made obvious in the pics of the property on VRBO. Our main complaint is cleanliness. Especially in this time of COVID! The price for cleaning was expensive and with that price we expect more. We think there was surface cleaning of counter tops and some parts of kitchen and bathrooms. However this property needs a professional deep clean. The floors are lovely but are not very clean, I know this because I wiped up a couple of areas with small water spills and the antiseptic wipes were very dirty . Also as I noted there were lots of stairs and thus stair rails. I wiped down each one upon arrival and the wipes were very, very dirty, almost black. The base boards and the tile tops were very dirty. The bathroom rug in the master bath looked very dirty. Why have it there, just put the kind of white bath mats that are easy to launder in each bathroom and do away with other bath mats. I would say the same for the bedroom covers. Use white duvets and comforters that can be laundered after guest. What you have may have been laundered but not sure of that. This could really be a fantastic property to rent but they need to make some changes,
