About this house rental
Plenty of private rooms, yet still a cozy atmosphere. With all the comforts of home, large windows, expansive views and an abundance of natural light, this Summit Cove cabin will be the basecamp of your Colorado mountain adventure. Summit Cove is a quiet, local’s neighborhood that is ideally situated to explore all of Summit County’s outdoor playground including Lake Dillon, multiple world-class ski resorts and an abundance of trails.
The space:
Start your day with coffee and incredible mountain views of Mt Baldy, Guyot, Buffalo and the Gore Range from your living room. Head out to direct access to a vast network of trails from the back-yard gate for hiking, running, mountain biking, snow shoeing and Nordic skiing. Or head into town with Dillon, Keystone, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge all within a 10-mile radius., which also means proximity to the ski resorts of Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. After a long day of activities enjoy the sunset with views from the private hot tub or BBQ on the gas grill with dinner or après on the large partially covered deck.
From the driveway, head up the stairs to the main private entrance and enter the mudroom with private washer/drier. The main floor has a half-bathroom on your left and a bedroom with a queen bed and large closets at the end of the hall. Turn the corner to the open concept kitchen with a large island, gas stove and fully stocked with cookware and appliances. Prepare and enjoy meals watching the weather come across the mountains cozy with the warmth and ambience of the gas fireplace. Head up the stairs to two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as, a full bathroom with shower-bath combo. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a living room with a sofa bed and large-screen smart TV. There is also a full bathroom with shower-bath combo.
Parking: 4 car parking in private driveway. all-wheel drive highly recommended in winter for traction. No additional parking in the street is allowed.

This place is wonderful. The neighborhood is just perfect and very quiet. It was our first time experiencing a white Christmas and this place made it perfect for it. Our kids enjoyed they sledding behind the house and the hikes behind it are perfect! Host was wonderful and responded quickly and our arrival process was fast and easy with no problems at all. The location was just perfect everything was so close by. Will definitely be returning.

House description was spot on and we really enjoyed our stay because of it. Location to keyatone mt was extremely convenient and the neighborhood was very nice. Highly recommend staying here.

We had several friends join us on this trip and everyone was very pleased with the house! It was a great location. We messaged the host twice (once before the trip and once during) and received quick, helpful responses. Someone came to clean the hot tub unexpectedly but we may have just missed that information. They were quick and respectful. We also enjoyed being able to cook with some of the kitchen supplies. We would highly recommend this house!
