About this house rental
Tennis Townhomes 1331 was practically designed for the big family ski trip — twelve sleeping spots, a heated pool out the door, and Keystone Lake's ice rink across the road.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- Three bedrooms plus bunks and a sofa sleeper for 12
- King suite with vaulted ceilings for the trip organizers
- Real wood-burning fireplace for marshmallow-worthy evenings
- Heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna steps away
- In-unit washer and dryer for endless snow gear
- Two parking permits included
Bring the cousins, the grandparents, the whole ski team. Two of the bedrooms pair a regular bed with a bunk set, so kids pile in happily while adults keep their own space; the vaulted primary suite upstairs, with its wall of windows and private bath, goes to whoever booked the trip. A memory-foam sofa sleeper and three bathrooms keep the math working for everyone.
Downstairs feels like a classic Colorado cabin — warm wood walls, beamed ceilings, and a wood-burning fireplace that becomes the heart of every evening. The dining table seats eight for family-style dinners from the stainless-equipped kitchen, and the den's desk corner handles homework or a sneaky work email. In-unit laundry means the mittens are always dry by morning.
Days write themselves here: free shuttle to the slopes, skating on the lake, snowball fights under the spruces, then a family soak at the clubhouse pool, hot tub, and sauna. Summer swaps in tennis, bike paths, and lake fun — this one works every season.
Round up the whole crew and reserve Tennis Townhomes 1331.
Parking is free and outdoors, with permits provided for up to two vehicles.
