The open-concept living room features plush seating, a warm gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings with skylights, and large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. It's the ideal spot to relax after a day of mountain adventures.
The modern kitchen comes with all major appliances, including conveniences such as a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker, crock pot, ample counter space, and all the cooking essentials to prepare meals for friends and family. Enjoy casual breakfasts at the breakfast bar or dine together at the rustic dining table.
The unit offers 3 spacious bedrooms with cozy décor to ensure restful nights. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with mountain-inspired touches, plush bedding, and ensuite baths! The top-floor primary suite boasts vaulted ceilings and a newly remodeled bathroom, complete with a double vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, plus a full-size sleeper sofa in the upper loft for additional guests. A half bath is conveniently located on the main level of the home as well.
After a full day on the slopes, enjoy ultimate relaxation from the 2 community hot tubs that are just steps from this unit, surrounded by beautiful local aspen trees.
Guests may use the heated 1-car garage, plus the driveway for an additional vehicle. Guest parking is just steps away.

The house was as described and looked like the pictures. We had a group of seven of adults with plenty of space for comfort. Having a heated garage in the winter was a plus. Only 2 issues: 1. There were no sheets for the pullout sofa bed in the loft and the mattress on the pullout was stained and 2. The sheets on the twin beds were not the right size and kept coming off which was very annoying. With those minor issues, I would still recommend this property.
