Great layout for family groups and the backyard deck is outstanding (assuming the weather is good). The 2 bedrooms upstairs with a small rec room works well for teens or adults, would not be great for seniors or young children due to the steep stairs that are accessed from the garage.

This was a great property. The house is very nice, and quite large which makes it good for a group. The primary suite/bathroom is spacious, and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen is super well stocked and has all the appliances and cooking tools that we needed. The second part of the house is through the garage, and provided ample sleeping room with the two bedrooms and lounge area. The stairs from the garage up to this space are a bit steep (e.g. probably not suitable for small children), but were fine for us. The house did not have AC but it wasn't necessary, and it did have heat. The outdoor back patio is also incredibly nice with great landscaping. The living area with the fireplace and two massive couches and chairs was perfect for a larger group, and the pullout couch in the front room was another good option for a sleeping space. The location of the house is also excellent - right off the golf course, a short walk to the beach, and just down the street from the coffee shop, bakery, and wine bar. There were no issues checking in or out.

We were a party of 8 that stayed for 7 nights. We loved the quiet location, loved and used regularly the decks in front and back, loved the nice big round dining table, loved the elk that strolled around a couple of evenings! There was a shortage of dinner knives. Other than that the kitchen was stocked well enough for our stay. Carpets could use a cleaning. At the time of our stay the living room furniture looked good but sofa and leather chair are very broken in and hard to get out for majority of our party. Beds had a range of firmness and everyone was comfortable. Per a text from Vacasa after an inquiry, when you arrive, check for 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 extra trash bags which is what is provided. If you think you will need more than that, plan accordingly. It did meet the specific needs our party had as far as layout goes, for which we are grateful!
