Annie's Beach House is Classic Gearhart Family Fun! Main home has very cozy living room with gas fireplace, flat screen with cable TV and Free WiFi. Fully appointed kitchen and dining table seats up to 8. Two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed just off the living room and separated by a bathroom with tub/shower combo. Upper level has in-law style area with another Queen bedroom and den/bedroom with trundle and day bed. Kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave and sink. Two level deck is accessed by door off of kitchenette. Lower deck level has propane BBQ, dining and seating area. Upper deck has a built-in seating area with panoramic views of Tillamook Head and the ocean. Spacious yard with covered/protected sandbox for kids and special "sisters seat" at far end of the yard with views of the ocean, and firewood for beach use. Basement area has ping-pong, games, and all kinds of outdoor toy goodies. Just three homes west and you're at the beach access, 3 blocks north, you are at McMenamins and Gearhart Golf. Welcome to this special Gearhart Home, Annie's Beach House! Parking for 4 cars. No pets allowed, please. We're very allergic to dogs and cats. Thank you! This home is positively magical! Its wood-lined interior and comfy furnishings lend a cabin feel that is vacation cozy. The upstairs "apartment' makes this a great multi-family/multi-age stay. There are literally too many thoughtful features to mention, but the well-stocked kitchen, game room, outside play equipment, walking proximity to the beach, golfing, and a memorable "destination" bakery are among my favorites.We all enjoyed eating our breakfast up on the private two tiered deck, and rinsing the beach off with the hot/cold outside hose. No property is perfect, however, and although this one has a touchy septic system that overflowed once during our stay, it is not a deal breaker. We will return to this wonderful home for future family vacations.

We stayed here two nights with 3 children and 2 adults. The home was perfect. All the supplies and bedding needed. Beautifully decorated, clean, warm, and feels like home.

likely wouldn't stay here again with the same group size but the rental company was great. will definitely use them again but with a larger property.
