Charming villa located in a very quiet urbanisation between the towns of Moraira and Calpe (Montemar).

The ground floor consists of entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms, spacious living room with fireplace and TV and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your holidays.
The first floor is distributed in 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds, equipped bathroom, dining room with fireplace and kitchen.
The first floor has direct access to a large porch of about 20 m2 with sea views where you can enjoy long evenings with your family or friends.
The property has a private swimming pool with outdoor shower and a spectacular barbecue area and pizza oven.
Villa Aline is surrounded by a beautiful and typical Mediterranean garden and has 2 private parking spaces next to the street.

The villa was great. Quirky layout and lots of steps, so maybe not suitable for older people. Pool was fantastic, lots of outdoor places to sit, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. The area is very quiet and the views from the upstairs covered terrace were amazing. We all had a fabulous time here.

Beautiful property that looks just like the pictures and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The villa was really spacious and has lovely areas to sit indoors and outdoors, as well as excellent views. We were very happy here!

Fab villa, location good, could’ve done with more pillows as only 1 per person given. We managed though so not to worry. Everything else spot on! Thanks for having us (family of 7)
