Villa Joaquín is located in an elevated location on the coast of Benissa, just 1 km from Pinets cove, 4 km from the center of Calpe and 10 km from Moraira. Both municipalities have become one of the main points of tourist interest on the Costa Blanca for anyone looking for an unforgettable and sunny holiday by the sea, where you can find varied and beautiful sandy beaches and coves, as well as a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, water sports, golf and tennis courts.
Villa Joaquín offers us charming views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. It welcomes us with a spacious outdoor area. Enjoy a wonderful private pool, surrounded by a large terrace along with sun loungers and outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the sun all day long on the different terraces that we find around the villa. All are surrounded by an adorable traditional Mediterranean-style garden and a large parking area. The entire villa is on one level. From the pool terrace, we enter through a covered terrace, perfect to enjoy daily meals enjoying the magnificent views.
