With its impressive beam and stone work, this recently updated condo offers a cozy retreat for ski and snowboard enthusiasts. Just a short stroll away from the Snowflake Chairlift, you can easily access the slopes while Downtown and Breckenridge's charming and colorful Historic Main Street are also just a few blocks away.

Step into this traditional ground-level unit, boasting 819 square feet of space, where large windows and doors bathe the interior in warm Colorado light. The authentic ski decor creates a charming atmosphere, while the living room invites you to settle in by the gas fireplace, perfect for cozy movie nights on the flat screen TV, and relax on the brand new suede sofa or futon (that both double as additional sleeping space for 4).

Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring a stove top and a convenient 2-in-1 over-the-range convection microwave oven. We stayed here with a group of teenagers for a week of hockey camp and it was perfect.

Fine place to crash, good access to Snowflake lift and easily found on 4 OClock run. Didn’t see convection oven instructions which would be painless to provide. Dishwasher is super old, Super loud (only run it when you are heading out) and tag says powder detergent only but they don’t provide any!!?? Baseboards heat too good, fans would be nice… kept dials at 55 and were warm. Entry has nice bench to sit on . Hooks to dry clothes and put gear.Front door doesn’t have a deadbolt if security is a concern.

The location was incredible at the end of a long day of skiing. The condo is adequately stocked. The only TV in the unit is located in the living room could definitely be much bigger but the size is shown in posted pictures. You can tell that small updates are slowly being done as needed. It definitely has dated bathrooms & a kitchen but very functional & the amazing location makes it a great place. We were shocked to have a shower & a bathtub shower as we thought it was only a 1 1/2 bath but instead it was a 2 full bath. The main toilet’s chain kept getting caught in the flapper & needs a new handle so we had to jiggle the handle often to stop it from running. All in all it’s a great place & we will gladly stay there again. Thanks for the fun!

Property was pretty much as advertised. Great location. Very convenient. everything is old and dated. Beds are small. Smokey/musty smell with condo that takes a little while to get used to. But pretty much everything was as expected.
