About this house rental
This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom unit is a ski in/ walk out. The Snowflake lift is a quick 3 minute walk to access the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Guests can ski right up to the back door at the end of the day.
The master bed has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen and the fourth has two twin beds. The main level is an open floor plan. The living room is very cozy with a sectional couch and a gas fireplace. There is also a large dining room table to accommodate large groups. This unit has been updated recently.
Please note this unit comes with one unassigned uncovered parking spot.
Sunset guests have access to the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

Beautiful house . Very cleam and inviting . Would definitely book again if we are in the area. The leasing office was very nice.

We loved the space, the extra blankets, plenty of kitchen plates, etc. The fireplace was warm and cozy. Ski in after a long day on the slopes was great and proximity to shuttle stop was nice.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Awesome time and great location. The condo was perfect for my large family. Loved being able to ski back to the unit. Beds were on the very firm side but other than that it was perfect. Can't wait till next year.
