Sunset Townhomes is an unbeatable location where you can ski in directly to your back porch! Take a 5 minute walk to the Snowflake Chairlift in the morning or hop on the free shuttle.
Unit 11 is a 4 bedroom 3 bath corner unit at Sunset! This unit was FULLY remodeled in the summer of 2021. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms: one with a king bed, the second with a king bed and the third with a captain's bunk. On the main floor is the kitchen, living room, dining room and a full bath. Downstairs has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a den/tv room, full bath and a private sauna! This is an attractive complex with some great amenities to make your stay memorable.
Please note this unit comes with one unassigned uncovered parking spot.
Sunset guests have access to the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

The place was in a great location and appreciated that it had spices, foil, baggies and leftover containers. After the 1st day the fireplace wouldn’t stay on so likely needs a good cleaning. We were issued 1 pool key which didn’t work. The process to get a new one wasn’t great. Plus 1 pool key for 6 guests doesn’t make sense so consider issuing more than 1 for that size group. Because the pool didn’t have towels we ended up washing condo towels every night which wasn’t an issue because the condo provided detergent - thank you. With more snow this location would have been great for ski in. Even though we could not do that having the shuttle directly across from the condo was super convenient. We would absolutely stay again.

I had to cancel my stay so I did not get to experience the property. While I canceled outside of the refund window, I had to hound the host for nearly a week to make the cancellation happen. I find that unacceptable, as it held up an insurance claim that covered the cancellation. I also still had to pay the cleaning fee, which I thought was petty, especially since i cancelled with plenty of notice. Finally, I also had to request a refund of my deposit, which was inexplicably delayed. I find all of these factors made the experience harder than it had to be. This is why people are switching back to hotels.
