About this house rental
-This beautiful home has been in our family for four generations, and it holds a very special place in the hearts of everyone in the family.
The only way we won’t have to part with it is if you choose it for your vacation!!
-Here is our unique and charming 160 m² family home, designed by an architect and built in the 1970s, less than a 10-minute walk from the village of Roussillon.
Tucked away from prying eyes and nestled in the heart of a pine forest, this villa is sure to charm you. We’ve modernized it while preserving the personal touch that gives it its unique charm.
You’ll feel right at home in the three beautiful bedrooms,about fifteen square meters, each featuring new 180-cm beds and its own private bathroom and
toilet.
A 140-cm sofa bed is set up in the sitting area of the large living room, which features a central fireplace. The floor-to-ceiling windows in this area, as well as those in the dining room, open onto a beautiful terrace.
The kitchen, small but functional, is fully equipped. Opening onto the outdoors and facing west, it allows you to enjoy the sunset and use a plancha (since barbecues are prohibited)
With over 7,000 m² of land (partially fenced), there are several areas where you can enjoy your meals and relax in lounge chairs while listening to the song of the cicadas, away from prying eyes!
On the property, there’s also a trampoline for the kids and a permanent ping-pong table that’s as old as the house—professionals, please refrain!!
A large 6-meter-by-12-meter pool, at the foot of a magnificent ochre cliff so typical of this region, is located just a few dozen meters from the house for even more privacy.
We’ll do our best to ensure your stay is perfect and that you’ll have only one desire: to come back!
