About this house rental
The whole of the Grand Chêne is a unique set of buildings on a plot of 8,000m2 allowing an organization and a lifestyle adapted to a family or friends group of 14 to 16 people.
The 5x12m pool is secured by an electric protection flap and is heated in spring and autumn, enough to enjoy it all year round. In terms of comfort, the pool area is completely protected from the mistral. Sun loungers provide comfortable sunbathing with an open view of the countryside. A shower and toilet are located in the pool area behind a hedge.
The main villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor (one with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds), each giving a French window onto the property. A mezzanine gives access to the first floor with 1 bedroom (double bed) bathroom and WC. The living space has large openings leading to 2 magnificent oak trees providing shade to a large stone table.
About 80m away is the second house which consists of a bedroom (double bed), a living-dining room with a corner fireplace, an open kitchen and a shower room, WC. It is open due south on the ground by 4 large French windows. Adjoining is a pretty wooden shed equipped with 2 single beds.
In a small garden closed by an old low wall is the shepherd's hut. Maisonette with a 4-slope roof consisting of a single room equipped with a double bed.
Finally, the "LÀ-HAUT" cabin is furnished with a 140X200 double bed, a table and two stools. The 10m² terrace is equipped with a table and seating to take in the views from a height of 4.5m. Given its exceptional location in its oak, the cabin is reserved for people suitable for a perched stay. Young children must, of course, be accompanied by adults. The use of all risky items such as cigarettes, candles, fires, etc. is FORMALLY PROHIBITED. Residents of the cabin can use the shower and toilet located 50m away in the pool area.
This set allows great flexibility. Spend moments together around the swimming pool, under the oaks, during a BBQ while keeping the possibility of retiring to your more personal space.
