About this farm stay rental

Ancient farmhouse to rent, completely private.
With heated pool, in the heart of Provence, an old farmhouse in the middle of 7 hectares of meadows and horses.
Between the Luberon and the Alpilles in front of the Vaucluse Mountains, a charming place decorated with care and originality.
Close to the town, 2 km away
Sleeps 2-12 persons
Size of the places of 300 sq.m. The ground floor consists of 3 living rooms of which 2 with 1 sofa-bed with park view. 4 bedrooms each with bathroom, 3 separate toilets, 2 fully fitted kitchens. In low and mid season the rental can be partial 2/4/6/8/10 or 12 persons.
4 bedrooms with bathroom tastefully decorated, 3 separate WC. We accept holiday vouchers.

In July and August the indicated rates include the loft as well as the sheets. Depending on the number of people it is possible to rent the farmhouse without the loft, less 700 Euro on the indicated rate (100 sq.m, large living room with bedroom on a mezzanine and bathroom).
For the other months the loft is not included in the weekly rates indicated.

Well situated property with many amenities. The property is subdivided into 3 separate areas and can host multiple families holidaying together. The main kitchen is probably the best equipped of any property that we have stayed in, the grounds are spacious with a good sized pool. We did have several “problems” some of which were unavoidable but some of which could have been avoided with some due care and attention. However, every problem was addressed quickly and efficiently (including the purchase and delivery of a new fridge/freezer within 24hrs)! A point to note: the futon bed is in a “communal” area with use of a shower in one of the adjacent bedrooms. Also, the twin beds are in an open-plan lofted area above the main kitchen and living area with limited privacy. The checkout time of 9:30am felt rushed and was not honored by the hosts who arrived at 8:45am and started cleaning around us as they prepared for the next guests. Overall it suited our large group of 13 people and the town and surrounding areas are beautiful.

Beautiful old farm house, just like one would dream. Spacious, stylish with every appliance, crockery and cutlery, cup and mug you would desire. Very beautiful garden with a fantastic pool, which is surrounded by lovely plants. Very great Boules pitch, also flood lit. House is very peaceful. You can walk to the picteresque town in 25 mins. Boulengerie is amazing, 15 mins walk on the way, on the 2nd corner, dont miss it , by far the best bread cakes pastries in the area,! Intermache supermarket is 6 mins drive (Super U is 5 mins, lower end). Jean Pierre the host is very charming and very responsive, he is a super super host. Lovely ! Highly recommend !

It was a lovely spacious farmhouse with comfortable rooms for a multi-generational family. The owner, Jean Pierre, is very nice and responsive. Grounds are beautiful with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy life. The house is a quintessential very rustic French farmhouse, nothing elegant or fancy. The house is located away from town with only a three minute drive to the closest grocery store. So we were able to cook and buy anything we needed.

Spacious classic Provence farmhouse ideally located literally minutes from the beautiful town of L'isle-Sur-La-Sorgue. Just a short drive across the spectacular countryside to the numerous other picturesque Luberon villages. We spent virtually all of our evenings sitting by the pool, watching the brilliant stars appear as the sun set. Many potential gathering site options, inside and out. The two friendly horses in the owner's stable right next to the home added to the serene setting. The hosts, JP and Zoupette, were friendly and very gracious.

We recently stayed at this property for a week with our family and it was a great experience. The property is spacious, well-located, and very convenient. We loved the privacy it offered and the fact that we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our vacation. What really made our stay special was the host, who was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even brought us fresh vegetables and some rose for the apero, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The host's hospitality and the property's amenities made for a truly memorable experience.

We were a group of older friends who thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is an old stone farmhouse that has been updated, using a beautiful blend of old and new. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are modern, and having separate living areas is nice so we could spread out when needed. There are plenty of inside and outside eating areas to congregate, in shade and sun. The pool is fantastic, the boules court is fun, the horses lend a lovely touch, and the grounds are private and quiet. Two bicycles are available to ride to the town, about a mile away. JP is a great host, accommodating our requests. Highly recommended!

The house and surroundings were perfect for a family group who hadn’t holidayed together before, having lots of different separate areas was very useful. Great outdoor spaces for eating, as well as table tennis, boules and a lovely pool. The main living area was huge which was useful during the afternoon storms of which there were several! Lots of lovely memories now and encapsulated by Jean Pierre in a photo of our group - merci beaucoup!

We were a family group of 11 plus a toddler and including a wheelchair user. We have holidayed in France as a family group for years and this house was one of the best. Beautiful location, lovely pool, particularly good outdoor rooms and spaces. Good to have use of bicycles to get bread and croissants in the morning. Good access to mountains for the serious cyclists. Only room for improvement would be the accessible bedroom on the ground floor level had a small toilet so may not be accessible for all wheelchair users. The gravel path is also a bit tricky for wheel chair movement, otherwise all ground floor areas and pool were accessible. We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful part of France. Lovely hosts. JP and his wife were there to welcome us and show us around the property when we arrived. We were able to use Google Translate to communicate. The setting of this villa is pure perfection and an ideal place to host a large group. The outdoor space, where we spent much of our time, is dotted with seating areas, flowers, and gorgeous olive trees. The smell of lavender fills the air, and it is exquisite. The pool was a welcome refuge from the hot Summer days, and we spent a good deal of time enjoying it. The villa itself has a really interesting layout with 4 distinctly separate spaces. Given that we are 12 friends traveling together, the layout was absolutely perfect for us, as we each had our own separate space. If someone was sleeping in, you could gather in the opposite side of the house as not to wake them. The house is decorated just as you imagine a villa in Provence should be. Absolute perfection! Everything was wonderful and I do have just a few minor suggestions: Need a clothes dryer, build the cost of the towel usage into the rental rate, no using the blower when guests are enjoying the outdoor space, and MORE AC UNITS😊 We would have been happy to pay a bit more to cover the electricity costs. *Note: The villa loft has small children's beds. The villa has a close proximity to town and there is a large grocery store nearby where you can pick up all of your groceries and supplies. JP was kind enough to take us there (as well as to the train station to pick up friends). One of the ladies ended up getting a flat tire, and JP stepped in and called a AAA type company to come and change the tire. He also organized getting it fixed the following day. He definitely went above and beyond to help us during our stay and we were very appreciative! He was a good host and very prompt to respond to any questions or calls for assistance. I received excellent feedback from all of the ladies in our group, who said they absolutely loved the charm and setting of this villa. It was nearly impossible to measure up to the fabulousness of the villa rental from our last trip (in Tuscany), but this lovely villa certainly did. We all wished we could have spent two weeks instead of just one. So, instead of booking one week, book two. You can thank me later. Thank you for sharing your home with 12 crazy ladies! We made memories to last a lifetime.

Lovely house in the south of France. The house was as the description. An extended family holiday which included 2 children and 5 adults. The house is large and would easily cater for larger groups but we were able to make good use of the space and enjoy the Poole and garden. The house is well equipped although at times it was hard to find things. However, we were happy and had a very relaxed time. Jean pierre and Zubette were happy to show us around and always polite.

We had a wonderful week at this charming house. Lots of space for the 13 of us (including 7 kids) and we enjoyed dining outdoors every evening. Jean -Pierre is a very attentive host and offered lots of suggestions for us, including helping to arrange a fabulous cooking lesson and dinner one evening. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Our only regret was to stay in this beautiful Provencal farmhouse for a week instead of a lifetime. The house is decorated with care and taste, and the estate is magnificent. A mile or two from the town of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, which has excellent restaurants, this property is exceptional. Jean-Pierre and Zoupette are extraordinarily gracious hosts, who are both helpful and unobtrusive. From the driveway, you look out on the nearby Vaucluse range and, further away, the Alpilles. It is a magical setting. Take the TGV to Avignon, rent a car and explore Provence to your hearts content.

An absolute gem! Jean Pierre and Zapette have created a stunningly charming and classy retreat in the heart of Provence. Wunderschönes Anwesen im vintage Provence-Stil, sehr großzügig, ruhige Lage bei dennoch sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Das wunderschöne Städtchen Isle-sur-la-Sorgue auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Außergewöhnlich freundliche Gastgeber, die jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar sind (Französisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil 😉). Sehr schöner Pool mit ausreichend Baumschatten. Auch für kleine Kinder aufgrund der großen abwechslungsreichen Anlage sehr gut geeignet. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Mr Germain et Zoupette sont extrement accueillant et conviviaux, nous avons été très bien reçu dans leur magnifique propriété à 2 pas du centre de L'isle sur la sorgue. très bien équipé, spacieux en intérieur comme en extérieur, un écrin de nature caché dans une zone urbaine. Chevaux, étoiles, oiseaux et champignons....c'était parfait. Merci encore de nous avoir reçu pour célébrer les 40 ans de mon épouse avec quelques amis !!! je n'aurai pas trouvé de meilleur lieu que celui-ci.

La propriété est magnifique, au calme mais proche des commodités. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Mention spéciale à la terrasse couverte, parfaite en tout temps pour l'apéro. Nous étions deux familles avec enfants, le nombre de chambres et leurs emplacements permettent l'intimité de chacun. Piscine, ping-pong et vélos ont fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au calme en famille dans cette magnifique propriété, très bien entretenue par des propriétaires charmants et prévenants. Décorée avec goût, la maison, est très agréable même si, en été, on passe la plupart du temps dehors, en excursion dans cette belle région ou dans la grande piscine ou sur le bouledrome voire sous le magnifique parasol devant un bon repas préparé dans le coin bbq très bien aménagé. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Magnifique maison, jardin exceptionnel, tranquillité, mobilier superbe (beaucoup provenant probablement des brocantes de la région ?). Propriétaires charmants, souriants et serviables. Séjour haut de gamme ! La maison est divisée en trois parties distinctes, ce qui permet à un grand groupe d’avoir sa propre indépendance si nécessaire (cuisine dans chaque partie). La partie commune est largement assez grande pour tout le monde (salon, cuisine, coin apéro, jardin). A deux minutes du centre en voiture, un petit peu plus à vélo 😉. Merci beaucoup.

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans ce superbe mas de l’Isle sur la Sorgue. Dès notre arrivée les propriétaires, Mme et M. GERMAIN ont pris le temps nécessaire pour nous conseiller sur des idées de balades, d’activité pour les enfants (canoé, accrobranche...) et bien entendu les restaurants à ne pas manquer (un dîner « chez Philipp » à Fontaine de Vaucluse remarquable …).L’emplacement de cette magnifique maison est idéal : entre 10 et 40 minutes des plus beaux lieux de la région (Fontaine de Vaucluse, Ménerbes, Avignon, Gorde, Saint Rémy de Provence…).Elle est très fonctionnelle, très confortable et très agréable à vivre à l’intérieur et surtout à l’extérieur avec cette cuisine d’été et son magnifique barbecue et également plein d’endroits sympas où se poser pour faire la sieste à l’ombre des oliviers.La grande piscine est superbe et très pratique avec des enfants en bas âges comme c'était notre cas.La cerise sur le gâteau ce sont les chevaux !! Une vraie joie pour les grands et surtout pour les petits qui ont pris beaucoup de plaisir à les nourrir et qui ont même pu participer à leur grande toilette avec la complicité de notre propriétaire.Encore merci a Mme et Mr GERMAIN pour leur bienveillance, leur gentillesse et leur très bonnes tomates !!On ne peut que recommander vivement cette maison si vous souhaitez passer des vacances en famille dans une région qui regorge de trésors !On espère vivement qu’on aura l’occasion de revenir !

Satisfecit général de toute la famille (12) : 10/10. A 5mn de l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, notre séjour de 15 jours dans ce mas "bohème chic", très confortable et fonctionnel, bercé par le chant des cigales, au milieu d'un parc paysagé exceptionnel (oliviers, arbres fruitiers, lauriers rose...) nous a enchantés ... Le propriétaire, Jean Pierre Germain, toujours souriant et bienveillant, a su nous donner quelques "bons plans" pour mieux découvrir les trésors du Luberon. Merci

Twelve members of our family arrived at this picturesque farm house and were greeted by our hosts with a champagne toast. Jean Pierre and Zoupette introduced us to a delicious olive bread that night and we continued to enjoy it for our entire trip. Their family prepared our dinner that night which was a wonderful treat after a day of flights, train rides, and driving. They continued to care for us by providing excellent parking for the Sunday market, reservations for dinner (a trick with 12 people), preparing local foods and drinks, and suggestions for sight seeing. Additionally, they made arrangements for our family to have an unbelievable family portrait taken--a once in a lifetime event. Aside from our wonderful hosts (we can't thank them enough), the home itself refreshed our souls. We swam, enjoyed the sun, biked, played table tennis, and learned to play petanque on the lighted court. We hope that our paths cross again. We can't imagine a more wonderful place to stay in L'Isle sur la Sorgue! Ps. be sure to try the Pastis during your stay in the area. :-)

Une magnifique bâtisse très bien rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, de grands espaces de vie, le tout dans un cadre exceptionnel, avec piscine, terrain de pétanque, plusieurs espaces extérieurs permettant de prendre les repas, équipement très complet, barbecue, plancha, électro-ménager, vaisselle très complète... bref, rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement prévenants et très sympathiques. En conclusion, un endroit idéal pour passer d'agréables vacances en famille ou entre amis.
