This house is gorgeous. Everything was very clean and comfortable.The kitchen is well supplied for homecooked meals.It's a bit out of the way, so expect to drive about half an hour to get to downtown Asheville.

The charming Marshall Cottage provided us the perfect location for a small Friendsgiving (Thanksgiving with close friends) with its central location, peaceful setting, amazing kitchen, and ample sleeping options. It is kid/family friendly and our 6 year old had plenty of romping room outside.

The house is even better in person than in the listing. Room for everyone to have their space bur also to gather for group family fun.

We loved the layout of the house, great fun and space for a large family. It simply was not very clean and had lots of bugs especially upstairs. My kids did not enjoy seeing all the spiders and lady bugs everywhere. The kitchen supplies were not very clean and the counters were pretty dirty. It simply may have been the last renters, not sure but did we ended up spending the first day cleaning and washing dishes for the long weekend.
