Discover a lavish vacation experience in this spacious home, just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. The kitchen, a chef's dream come true, awaits your culinary creations. Step onto the covered, screened rear deck for alfresco dining or bask in the sun on the adjacent open deck, both overlooking the lush private two-acre landscape of the Blue Ridge Mountains. After a day of exploration, unwind in the hot tub, taking in the serene surroundings. Treat yourself to the finest the area has to offer!
Here you will find a mountain paradise exuding exquisite craftsmanship, luxury furnishings, and a warm ambiance. The main floor features a well-equipped chef's kitchen, dual dining areas, and two inviting living spaces. This level boasts a master king suite, a second king suite, a queen bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath. The lower level offers three additional cozy bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a third living area, and a pull-out sofa. Every corner of this 3,000 sq ft home is thoughtfully designed for up to 12 adults, with the bonus of a sleeper sofa.
You'll have two beautifully landscaped acres to explore, including a charcoal grilling area, a lit pergola, and a relaxing hot tub. You will have access to the full home including the 2 car garage. There are a couple utility rooms that are locked for guest safety. I live just a few minutes away and am available if if any needs should arise. 12 adults sleep comfortably here and there is room for an additional adult or 2 children on the sleeper sofa (linens provided). Please let us know if you are booking for more than 12 so we can leave linens for the sleeper sofa!

This was a beautiful home, not too far from Asheville. It was newer, extremely clean, cozy, well appointed and had everything that we could possibly want or need. Loved all the added details that were put into the home. The beds were comfortable, as well as the nice big couch in the family room. The hot tub was a really nice bonus too.
Jenna was an absolutely wonderful host. Quick to respond with any questions we had, and very informative too!
Our family would have loved to have stayed longer.
