About this apartment rental
Enjoy incredible ocean views from this beautiful third floor condo, with Outdoor community pool (not heated or cooled)! This three bedroom, three bath condo is crisp, open, and airy! It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, a dining area with seating for six, and a living room with large sofa (sofa is wide and deep, and sits low to ground but new as of October 2024), a large flat screen television (basic cable, no ESPN), and direct access to the private covered balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo offers two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins, each with access to their very own bathroom. The master offers a king bed, a sitting area with a wall mounted flat screen television (basic cable, no ESPN), a full private bath with a walk-in shower and garden tub, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony.

Condo Building provides Elevator access from parking to shared complex breezeway.

Open kitchen for cooking and entertaining
Washer and dryer in closet of full bath 2 (bathroom has access from hall so guests do not have to walk through bedroom 2).

The rental itself was fine.Great location, beautiful views, elevator could use some work, but overall we had a good time! The pool was closed due to a broken gate, however you could still access the pool area. I honestly have not been pleased with the island reality staff through this process this year. This is our 4/5 year renting through them.

Beach view was amazing but clean outdoor furniture would have been appreciated. Everything was great. Bathrooms could use some updating but everything worked. Overall I'd stay again.

The elevator needs some repair. The property itself was good other than the water pressure was terrible in the master sinks. It was very frustrating the wash off station was turned off so my husband wouldn't even go down to the beach
