This third floor (with elevator), four bedroom condo has stunning views of the Isle of Palms beach and Atlantic Ocean from the living room, private and covered balcony. You'll love the high end gourmet kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking oven, custom cabinetry, cork-lined walls and granite counter tops. Guests are welcome to use the community pool (open late March through October), gas BBQ grill and private boardwalk beach access (with outdoor shower). This condo is conveniently located near Isle of Palms amenities, a few miles from Sullivan's Island restaurants and a short drive to Mt. Pleasant and downtown Charleston. Beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean every day! Easy access to the beach from the condo. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The Special treats were enjoyed by All! We can't wait to return next year!!!

To look up from the kitchen, or the dining table, or the living room, or the master suite and see the beach and ocean spread out everywhere is simply breathtaking and awe-inspiring. The balcony, of course, also offers perfect views plus the sound of the waves. We had teens, adults, and seniors (one was 90!) and wanted beachfront, in town, with no stairs, and 4 bedrooms. 301 nailed it! The decor was fascinating too; I loved the kitchen counter granite! We were all very comfortable and pleased with everything about this condo and this visit to IoP.

We’ve been staying at this complex for over 20 years. We love the location. Host was awesome! Check-In was flawless & the unit was very clean. We all loved the layout & it gave us plenty of room for us all to have our own space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed & more. We had an issue with a shower curtain, host had a new one ordered & installed, the next day. The view from the balcony is GREAT & we loved all the outdoor seating. All 7 of us had a seat & then some! It is a short & easy stroll from the elevator to the beach or pool. NO FAULT of the HOST, The complex’s outside water at boardwalk & in pool area is turned off. We could not wash off yourself or beach gear returning from beach. Thank goodness for tidal pools. We let Host know & they were going to ck with HOA about the issue. It is a lovely unit. We would love to come back, it was an awesome week! Thanks for sharing it with us.

The Beach view was unobstructed. The furniture on the porch is comfortable and we were able to bring out extra fans to assist with cooling us off in the afternoons. The condo was very comfortable for the 7 of us:)We are all planning to come back next year.
