You’ll appreciate the unique architectural design of this home, which is surrounded by tropical landscaping. Just as lovely on the inside, Villa de la Luz (House of Light) features marble and tile floors throughout, custom wall finishes, a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, and a nice game room with a pool table. And just through the breezeway from the main home is the "surfer" room, with its separate bath, twin bed and brightly painted walls appealing to the wave rider in all of us.

Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break groups not permitted. Bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
Extra person fees apply after the 12th guest.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

We stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration with 4 other couples and it was perfect! Each couple had their own bedroom with at least a queen size bed, the bed were comfortable and we each had our own full bathroom with an additional 1/2 bath out in the common area. We had a catered taco meal the first night, delicious. The only bummer was that the caterers took the leftovers and we would have loved them. The pool and hot tub were a great size for our group. Pedro, our concierge was very responsive to any questions/concerns. We traveled by uber everywhere we wanted to go and it was quick and inexpensive to get to down the where all the restaurants and most activities were. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again!

A group of family and friends stayed at this villa. Management went beyond and above to accommodate us. House was even nicer in person. Location is very accessible to all the major tourists attractions. I was amazed at how comfortable the beds were.

Multiple issues with this company & property and as much as I tried to dispute the issues they took hardly any ownership (a refund of ~$300 after spending $5k+) Needless to say I will never use them again.
Confirm the following before your stay-
- Outdoor table falling apart- had to use a bed sheet as a table cloth to sit outside and eat with my family. Make sure they replaced this for actual use.
- If you transport requires car seats, bring your own. I confirmed more than 3 times and of course- no car seats showed up. We had to wait an hour in the heat for our bus to come prepared with car seats.
- The welcome text from your concierge is an automated message. No one cared to tell me and I could not get any requests replied to.
- Request that your concierge be there for your arrival to help with bags and welcome you. Ours was not and we truly needed the help with 3 infants and luggage.
- Request that any visits from the concierge or property management not occur every day of your stay during dinner. Every single dinner was interrupted by them.
- Make sure the showers are cleared of mold. The interior is quite dated, so that doesn't help the esthetic & feeling of cleanliness.
- The owner of the house does watch you from the outside camera by the table that is falling apart. Learned this by urgent calls because we had covered the camera with 1 year old birthday decor.
- The pool is not heated unless the hot tub is on and the hot tub water waterfalls into the pool.
