As recommendation, please communicate in advance that payment should be paid by cash instead of credit card. Also clarify that power Light and water services have an extra charge according consumption.

The house was fairly well stocked, could use some more towels toilet paper and drinking water. The unit has bug issues and cockroaches were seen in the silverware drawer. Would recommend wasing the dishes before you use them. All in all it was a good place to stay within walking distance to downtown. We would stay here again
