This lovely two bedroom, two bath unit has fabulous views of the sparkling emerald and turquoise waters - you will feel like you are on the beach! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, there's two queen beds in the second bedroom, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room, makes Nautilus 1303 comfortably sleeps 6! Watch the pelicans dive and dolphins play in the morning as you enjoy your first cup of coffee on the spacious beachfront balcony. Nautilus 1303 is a great base for your adventures whether you want to try it all or doing nothing at all!
Prep dinner in your huge, open, fully equipped kitchen with a bar, enjoy coffee on your large, private balcony, or use the wireless internet - you'll have no trouble relaxing here!

The condo could've been a lot cleaner for the money spent. The furniture is dirty, the floors needed to be swept/ mopped better. The beds were super clean! And lastly after a 4pm check in they ask you to check out before 10 am check out time. Nautilus is good to work with, however, Realjoy..not so much.

The view was absolutely amazing from the balcony!!!! Rooms were very clean , the host was extremely friendly to deal with

Room was clean. The balcony view was great and what we wanted. As you can see in pictures living room furniture needs replaced. They were not clean and sit way too low for older adults. The pool area was not keep as clean as we are used to. Nice beach area but we happened to be there during a windy week and sea grass was rolling in on beach but still enjoyed the beach a few days.
