During this time, associations and owners may schedule routine maintenance, updates and improvements, so there may occasionally be nearby daytime noise between November 1 and February 28. Our reduced seasonal rates reflect this possibility.

Guests using wheelchairs or walkers will need to travel along the street to reach that access point.

Rental was very clean, comfortable beds, amazing views, very quiet, great price. Responsive staff. Our keurig wasn’t working and staff brought a new one within minutes. Lots of convenient parking. Loved the chair service! Very easy check in and out process. The only downside I would say is that there isn’t really anything in the area that is walkable (restaurants, shops, etc.)

The condo had everything as listed and expected, but the updates that were noted when we booked were to the outside of the building, not where we spent our time in the room. I think that was a bit misleading. The place was ok though, just dated. The worst part was the carpet with stains, which is tolerable, but we started feeling sick a few days later so we figure there was mold in it. Also, the vents didn't look cleaned, so mold was likely in there as well. We know, because we immediately felt better after we left. Our oven door handle came off while cooking dinner which is a bit dangerous, but maintenance did come the next morning since it was afterhours. Easily called and fixed, just annoying since we were trying to eat. Master shower handle is broken or at least warped because you had to get it just right or else you get burned or have a cold shower. The heat element was out in the dryer. Absolutely didn't work. Those were the notable issues. Every other thing that gave us grief was just finicky due to being older, but still ok. Only other issue to mention is the boardwalk could use a slip resistant mat. It is very slick when wet, which is most of the time. Its definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen. I feel like this place has some easy fixes if time can be taken. But I wouldn't stay here again.
