During this time, associations and owners may schedule routine maintenance, updates and improvements, so there may occasionally be nearby daytime noise between November 1 and February 28. Our reduced seasonal rates reflect this possibility.

Doorways, bathrooms, and tub/shower entries have standard residential dimensions and may not accommodate mobility devices. The beach access behind the building is stairs only; however, a public beach access with a handicap‑accessible ramp is located immediately next door. Guests using wheelchairs or walkers will need to travel along the street to reach that access point.

The view was partial, but pleasant. We had an issue with the lights but it was fixed quickly. We had some issues with the elevator going the wrong direction but never stuck. The chair service was excellent.

Pros:
Great location to the beach.

Good location in FWB.
Cons:
The beds were TERRIBLE. One in the spare bedroom was so broken down in the center. They all need to be replaced.
The couch was equally as broken down. Didn’t try the pull out mattress but I’m sure it would have been bad also.
There was not enough pillows. The king size bed in the master only had two pillows(so 1/per person) and then just one extra in the whole condo, there would have been no pillows if the pull out couch was needed.
-Not enough towels, there was one towel per person. We constantly were washing towels.
-The glass shower door in the master bathroom was not on a track so it just kind of swung there.
-Fans were loud and kind of shook
-Under the beds were disgusting… like they haven’t been swept or mopped in awhile.
Take it for what it’s worth to you:
There is no ramp to the beach from the condo, just stairs, makes it hard to lug a wagon,etc.
-not a ton of dishes or silverware…to me it wasn’t an issue but to others that were in my party, they did think it was an issue.
-only one elevator and it’s SLOW.
We did not contact the management office as we felt like our issues were not issues for them and more for the condo owner. We were not happy with our stay at this specific condo and would not recommend it, if new furniture was brought in, I think we would stay again. I would recommend Nautilus.
