The location was perfect right next to John's pass. The pool was warm and heated. The vrbo was nice, but you could tell it was rental with limited

We had a great time here at Sandy Shores! The location was perfect. Directly across the street from John’s pass. The unit was very spacious and had all of the amenities for a family. The host was great. Even though you’re directly on the beach you don’t have a beachfront view from the balcony but we knew this going in. Pool area was also nice.

I wasn't given any check in information until the day of check in at 3pm. Ive stayed in VRBO properties before so i was expecting the check in info a few days prior. When i reached out to property manager, it took them over 24 hours to respond. The floors definitely need a DEEP scrubbing. Dont plan to walk around without shoes. Some of the dishes needed rewashing. The master plumbing sink and tub drain very slow. The maintenance guys were nice and overall we made the best of it.

We've always used VRBO and have never had any issues with any hosts. Until this trip. Little or No communication on a couple serious issues. Not to mention the cleanliness of the condo YUCK!!!
