This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This unit is fully updated with rich granite and cabinets through-out. New furniture in the living room really brings a contemporary coastal feel to this condo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a walkout door directly to the patio. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided for 6 guests. Sandy Shores is directly on the beach so walk right down and put your toes in the sand.
Coin operated laundry is available on each floor.
Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. This is a non smoking accommodation.
There is one assigned parking spot available for this unit.

Great location, pool and beach access were very convenient! Extras like beach chairs and a cooler were not mentioned in the listing but were available and appreciated!

Clean close to everything Our only complaint was our room code didn’t work but after 30 mins we received a new code

There really wasnt a check in process, everything was sent to my email as far as instructions. The bedrooms were clean, but the bathrooms were not. There was a bundle of hair in one of our wash rags, hair all over the shower mat that lays in the shower, and one of the handles in the shower did not work ( couldnt get it turned to cool water, which when emailed they came into the condo with no notice and fixed it) Overall, it was not worth the price we paid.
