About this cottage rental
Cottage by the Pass, downstairs unit, offers all the charm of days gone by as well as all the modern conveniences. Cottage by the Pass is located just steps from the white sand, with no streets to cross. Across the street is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Inside you will find a spacious kitchen with travertine counter tops, and energy efficient under the counter washer and dryer. Wood floors in the living area and bed rooms. Bathrooms have a complete new look with marble showers. Outside the french doors in the back is a patio with a gas grill. In front there is a large patio with a white picket fence with lush tropical landscape.
If you are booking through VRBO - it will be transferred over to Vicinity Vacation Rentals for concierge service, to make final payment and to receive Final Instructions. You will be receiving emails from: [email protected]
Pets (dogs) considered $100 Fee. Sorry no cats. If you would like to bring your small dog, please inquire first before you book.

Super cute space with great kitchen and laundry amenities. Excellent walkability score, short stroll to beach, shops, entertainment and dining. Host was very responsive and provided extras including beach chairs and supplies. Highly recommend.

This cottage is wonderful. The location is excellent and the house was brand new when we visited in November. The beach is just steps away and the boardwalk is just across the street. We'll definitely be back...

We loved the location of the house! Close to the beach and Johns Pass. This was our second stay at the house. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the house but the manager was prompt, professional and caring when addressing it and actually came and cleaned it herself while we were at dinner. Hopefully the issues get resolved so other families can enjoy their stay as it is a great property.
