Inside, you`ll find a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a comfortable living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a dining table for four — everything you need whether you`re cooking in or grabbing takeout from one of the nearby waterfront restaurants. The primary bedroom offers its own Gulf-facing view, ideal for slow mornings with coffee in hand.
We`ve made the practical stuff easy too: one reserved parking spot is included with your stay (parking near the beach can be tight, so this is a real perk), along with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a beach buggy so you`re beach-ready the moment you arrive.

- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.

Loved everything about this property and Kristin communicates very fast! When you arrive you want to check in at the actual resort next door and pick up your parking pass even if you can’t check into your room early - this saved us a lot of time so we could go to the beach in the morning while the maid was still cleaning the room and enjoy our day. The condo has just about everything you’ll need plus there’s a Publix grocery story a few miles away. The condo also has beach gear like chairs and toys for the kids.
Only thing we had an issue with is that there are too many codes to remember to get in and out of the building and in and out of the apartment so you’ll need to bring your phone with you everywhere you go or write down the codes. The other issue we had is that the majority of the towels that were provided already had someone’s hair inside of them. We found long strands of brown hair in five out of six towels this is a result of the maids who bring in outsourced towels from a facility that cleans them. Other than that everything was very clean - we only saw issue with a 3pm check in time and the 10am check out. I believe that if you spend a couple hundred dollars you should get a minimum of 24 hours in the condo. The batteries in the TV remotes were missing but luckily i brought my own spares and left them for the next guests.

Spent the week before Christmas here. Even though it was not the best weather, the location was perfect for our activities. Short walk across the street to the beach, short walk to all of John's Pass Village. Checking in was simple and the unit was fabulous. layout was fabulous. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need (except blender). Will be staying here again!!
