The house its self is beautiful with amazing views from the huge windows in the living room but, theres lots of room for improvement. When we arrived there was lots of spiderwebs and lots of dust. We loaded the fridge up as one would for a 3 day stay. It took almost 12 hours for the fridge to cool our groceries and even then they weren't cold enough. Everything is falling apart curtains are missing a majority of the blinds windows brackets to crank the windows closed were broken. The jacuzzi was dirty and had lots of debris inside from prior stay I'm assuming. The deck near the jacuzzi is rotting and at one point someone fell through since there is no adequate illumination. All around the house is beautifully and the area and scenery is amazing but doesn't seem like the house has upkeep and everything is falling apart. The only reason i am rating it a extra star is because of the maintenance tech rhonda she was so nice and helped us by coming out twice with bringing in a extra fridge and coming back out to fix the jacuzzi and bring a extra gas tank for the grill. Overall not super happy with this rental having rented with Vacasa before it was not what we expected.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable, and we really loved having a hot tub! The Vacasa staff was responsive when we had questions. We loved being close to hiking and cute mountain towns! We would stay here again.

This is our second visit to this house. We really like the how big the house is, the trees that surround the property and the windows to see the trees and the ridge out back. Cleanliness got knocked down a bit because we found dirty sox in one of the rooms and a poop bag and fake rose pedals in one of the other rooms. Lots of spiders and spider webs throughout the whole house. The hot tub was not very inviting because of all the things floating in the water and the water was not clean. The first night there was an electrical short and we lost power upstairs. Thankfully we still had wifi as that was the only way I could use my phone so I could call vacasa. Someone came out quickly to fix the problem.

The space was quaint and lovely with all the needed games, kitchen items and towels needed. We enjoyed that it was far enough away from town but close enough to run out for take out. WiFi was only dinked a star because when we arrived it seems the wifi network was recently changed so we were unable to get logged on. However, they helped us get it figured out within a couple hours and late at night so we really appreciated that! The hot tub on site was lovely and the pool was just a quick drive away. It does require a card to get in which we didn’t get left with however other pool attendees let us in. Over all we really enjoyed our trip and would consider going back in a heart beat.
