Whether you’re seeking peace, adventure, or quality time with loved ones, this home offers a truly special setting to make it all happen.
Recently updated, the home features all-new décor and furnishings thoughtfully curated to offer a comfortable and stylish stay. The main level boasts soaring ceilings and an open-concept design that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it an ideal space to gather and unwind. Step out onto the spacious back deck where you’ll find a BBQ grill ready for your favorite meals and plenty of seating to soak in the scenery.
Outside is where this home truly shines. The deck and private hot tub provide the perfect spot to relax year-round, while just a few steps further, the fire pit area invites you to enjoy cozy evenings under the stars with the peaceful river as your backdrop. It’s the kind of place where memories are made—roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and soaking in the natural beauty all around you.
Perfect for a small group or family, the Riverside Retreat also grants seasonal access to a community pool, tennis court, and basketball court just a short walk away. DOG FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $200 (2 dogs). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel.

Primary bedroom (main floor): King bed (w/ en-suite bathroom)
Living Room (Main Floor): Queen Sofa Sleeper
Second floor:
Alcove 1: twin bed
Alcove 2: trundle bed w/ two twin beds that can convert to a king bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (open to below - please refer to pictures)
Half Bathroom
Amenities:
★ Pet Friendly w/ written authorization (2 dog max, no cats)
★ Steps from the shores of the Sandy River
★ Hot tub (4 person), BBQ, and seating on deck (We strive to make sure hot tubs are working at all times. If they are not working due to circumstances outside of our control, unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience.) IMPORTANT: Children under the age of 5 should not be permitted in the hot tub due to health concerns.

★ A/C located downstairs

For sleeping arrangements, the primary bedroom is on the main floor and has en-suite full bathroom access. Please do note this is the single full bathroom for the home. Ascending upstairs are the rest of the sleeping options. Immediately to the left you will find a perfect alcove for a kiddo that has a twin bed and space for their things. In another alcove not far away is a daybed with two twins that coverts to a king bed. The next sleeping option is the Queen bed upstairs that works as the second bedroom if your group needs. Please do note that this room is open sound-wise to below and does not have a door for access. There is also a folding twin bed in the Master Closet for guest use if needed.
