The living room features a cozy seating area and a large wooden table, ideal for social gatherings. From the living room, you can step out onto the adjoining terrace, which is furnished with a comfortable dining lounge—the perfect place to enjoy the day or spend a relaxing evening. The spacious communal garden, with comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of room to relax, offers an idyllic setting for relaxing moments surrounded by greenery.
The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds and roller blinds for optimal sleeping comfort. One of the bedrooms also features a second TV for added convenience. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, a dishwasher, and a small seating area—ideal for a relaxed start to the day or a quick meal on the go.
The bathroom was stylishly renovated in early 2025 and now features a spacious shower, an elegant sink area, and a modern toilet. An additional guest bathroom provides even more comfort.
