About this house rental
Recently remodeled 2-bedroom + loft, 1.5-bathroom townhouse offering a whole lot of fun and convenience at one of Tahoe's best locations. This 3-story home has a newly updated kitchen with granite counters, tile floor, and full-size appliances, recently renovated bathrooms, and tasteful furnishings throughout.
This home does not have air conditioning.
Come home to the primary bedroom on the ground floor with a king bed, an HDTV, and a full bathroom with a tile tub/shower and separate sink/vanity area. Bedroom 2 downstairs has two queen beds, HDTV, and shares the hall half bathroom. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with new fixtures and tile floors.
Gather the group on the second level around the gas fireplace inlaid in a stone wall with a flat-screen HDTV mounted above. The sectional couch seats 5 comfortably. The newly remodeled kitchen opens up to the living and dining areas. The dining table seats 6, with additional bar seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. Level 3 is an open loft with 2 twin beds, overlooking the living level below - perfect for the kids!

Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.
Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
All linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach are provided. Boat, Bike, SUP & kayak rental are within walking distance in the summer, and ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

We stayed at Lakeland Village during our child’s Christmas break for a ski trip in Tahoe, and it was a great experience. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and well maintained. Management/communication was excellent, and the location is super convenient—very close to Heavenly and easy access to nearby shopping and essentials. We’d happily stay here again!

We're a family of 4 with two teens (boy & girl) that require their own space. The property was, clean, well stocked and great access to the main office for pool and hot tub. Location was also great, easy access to food shopping, pharmacy, and restaurants. They are all within walking distance or a very short drive. Finally, easy walk to the water to take in the great views.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean except for some food crumbs left under coffee table in living room. Toaster needs replacing and older Me.Ciffee - coffee maker can definitely use an upgrade! Keirugs are not that expensive! The main complaint is the creaky floor boards in the dining kitchen walkway. People trying to sleep downstairs are subject to load creaks above their heads for those early risers making coffee and watching tv on the main floor . Thirdly the bathtub /shower combo should be looked at. When standing directly beneath the shower head ( front part of tub) it creaks with sound of wood perhaps cracking beneath it. Would hate to have someone fall through that floor! Overall we enjoyed our first time stay at Lakeland Village but likely will call property direct in the future as we could have saved nearly $300.00- they had a Threebee offer- stay 2 nights third night free and we then could have used the Lakeland shuttle. Very bummed when told that service was not available to us!
