About this house rental
This beautiful 3-story, 2-bedroom townhome plus loft resides in the highly desirable Lakeland Village community. You'll be just seconds from the beach and lakeside pool and 1.5 miles from Heavenly Resort.
This home does not have air conditioning.
The open-concept living area features high-vaulted ceilings and large picture windows that let in incredible natural light. With comfy seating, a large dining table for 6, and 2 bar stools along the kitchen counter, there is space for everyone to relax and spend time together. The living space includes a large HDTV and a gas fireplace.

The grounds of Lakeland Village are incredible. You will not find a nicer beach in South Lake Tahoe. Walk only 200 yards and you're at the lake! Beautifully landscaped with great amenities including private beach, pier, swimming pools (lakeside pools open only during summer months), hot tub, and sauna. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities.
Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.
Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the Vail hotel management company and does not include access to the Vail maid service, shuttle van, or towel service. Linens and towels are provided in the home.

My family and I had a great time at the Lakeland Village townhouse. Everything was clean and comfortable and the view from the deck was beautiful and peaceful. We had a total of 6 guests staying so having towel racks for our bath towels would have been very helpful. We had to wash them each day since we didn't have anywhere for them to dry and the upstairs bathroom had a small rack but it was above the toilet which is sort of gross. However, we will definitely stay here again and we honestly had a great time making memories.

RNR is the best vacation rental company!!! I won’t use any other. If there is a problem, they respond immediately. We had absolutely no issues. The place was so clean and fantastic. Had everything we needed!! Can’t wait until our next trip to Tahoe!!

Pine Peak is a nice cozy Tahoe decorated condo. It is starting to see a little bit wear and tear from so much use. We always take care of the place like it is our own. This year the blinds in the master bedroom were broken, the ceiling fan in the living room was hanging on by one little screw. We had a bat flying around inside this year. Our first morning there was construction right outside our living room at 8 AM with nice big loud equipment! We somehow got locked out of the condo twice as our personal code did not work. RNR was very quick to respond to each incident without hesitation. These were annoying little things as you don’t plan on something every single day of your vacation. Lakeland is still a nice place to stay and I would not ever hesitate to rent from RNR again, as they are awesome!
