About this house rental
Tahoe's sandy beaches and scenic mountain tops await. This charming townhome invites your family to make lasting memories and leave footprints in the sand. Featuring four cozy bedrooms, a lofted 3rd-floor sleeping area, and three bathrooms, it's designed with family comfort in mind for both ski adventures and beach vacations. Enjoy polished hardwood floors, full-size appliances, and a wood-burning fireplace with 60-inch HDTV above it in the spacious open-concept living area. This home does not have air conditioning.
This large classic Tahoe townhome has plenty of space for family gatherings. Everyone can gather in the living area near the fireplace on the 2nd floor, and at the kitchen bar with granite countertops while the chef prepares food. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with every major appliance plus a drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
You enter on level 1 with 4 bedrooms: BR1 has a king bed, and BR3 has two queen beds with an HDTV. The shared hall bath has been updated with stone tile and slate floors. The washer/dryer is also downstairs. Upstairs on level 2 is the open living/dining/kitchen area, a full bathroom, and BR4 with a king bed. The 3rd-floor loft has 2 full beds — perfect for the kids.

This property was perfect! Very clean and fully stocked. We had our extended family with lots of kids and adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to have a comfortable space and access to activities for everyone. The kids loved being able to walk quickly to the private beach and pool with the snack shack for quick lunches. The adults loved the access to dining, grocery stores, and everything at Stateline/Heavenly Village. We will definitely come again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo for the weekend. Overall, it was comfortable — both the beds and the sofa were great for relaxing. The new flooring is beautiful and gives the space a fresh look.That said, the condo shows its age. The kitchen cabinets have been painted to look updated, but the drawers are very difficult to open and some are basically broken. The kitchen is somewhat stocked — we had to buy a wine opener, and the wine glasses are a mismatched collection, though we did find enough to make a toast. On the flip side, if you need a garlic press, you’ll have plenty of options.Signs of wear and tear are noticeable. The countertops have burn marks, and the bathroom mirrors are starting to show black spots. Only one vanity (in the downstairs shared bath) has counter space; the others have virtually none, so be prepared for that.We also ran into maintenance issues. The first morning, the pilot light went out and I ended up with a chilly shower before it was re-lit. On our last day, the plumbing downstairs failed completely — water came up around the toilets and sewage backed into the tubs. It appeared to affect neighboring units as well, possibly a septic problem.In short, this condo worked for our weekend
