About this house rental
The perfect family vacation home in highly desirable Lakeland Village. This 3-story townhome accommodates a family of 8 and is just a short walk to the lake and gorgeous beach. Access all of the village's unparalleled amenities including private beach & pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. This home does not have air conditioning.
You enter on level 1 with 2 bedrooms: BR1 has a king bed, and BR2 has 1 queen bed & 1 full bed — ideal for giving kids their own space. The shared hall bath has been updated with stone tile and slate floors. The washer/dryer is also downstairs.
Head upstairs to the living area on level 2 with a large dining table for 6 plus bar seating for 4. The living room is centered around a large gas fireplace inlaid in a rock wall with a flat-screen HDTV mounted above. The sectional couch seats 5 comfortably. The dining and living area opens to the kitchen.
The immaculate kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Enjoy cooking on the gas cooktop stove with granite counters, cherry cabinets, natural stone floor, and stainless steel appliances. There is a full bathroom on level 2 with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
Upstairs on level 3 is an open loft with 2 full beds — perfect for the kids!
A short stroll takes you straight to the lake. Beautifully landscaped with great amenities including private beach, pier, 2 pools, hot tub, sauna, a kid's play area, and first-come, first-served buoys.

Enjoyed our stay at Lakeland Village. The private beach is right there and the place to rent jet skis and other items is within walking distance.

Our group of eight had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was spacious and comfortable, easily fitting all of us without feeling cramped. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home, but we also loved that there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The location was perfect—just a short 5-10 minute drive to the state line, making it easy to explore the area. One of the best parts was having private access to the beach and firepits for the evening. The property manager and front desk staff were also very attentive to our needs, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Overall, this cabin was the perfect getaway spot, offering both comfort and convenience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful property in a centralized location. Property management staff was very friendly and helpful. Rental was very cozy and within a few minutes walk to the beach. Only complaint is the cleaning crew overlooked the loft area. There were food crumbs on the carpet between the beds and there were dirty clothes under the beds. Owners offered to have someone come clean it the next day but we were checking out. No offer to reimburse any portion of the rental price to offset the ick of wondering if other things hadn't been properly cleaned. (i.e. bedding) The rest of the home was lovely and very cozy.
