Located on a deep-water canal in Anna Maria Island with direct access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf, this retreat is ideal for boating, fishing, and laid-back coastal living.
Enjoy a private dock, heated pool, and hot tub right on the canal, plus multiple decks with beautiful water views. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area flows onto a large front deck—perfect for indoor-outdoor living with breezes and sunsets.
The home features flexible sleeping arrangements on the main level, plus a private upstairs primary suite with its own deck overlooking the water and views toward the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
Just steps from a quiet, swimmable beach and a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the historic Anna Maria City Pier. Guests can also use the free island trolley to explore the full length of Anna Maria Island.
A relaxed island escape with boating access, beach proximity, and plenty of space to unwind. Sleeps 7.
*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.
A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

This home needs a deep clean and lots of repairs! Everything in the kitchen was disgusting and had to be washed by hand before using. The linens, couch, pillows, just everything in the house was worn out and dirty. Lights were always flickering or bulbs out. Just expect an old dingy beach house if you go with this listingOn a positive note, the host was very responsive and this is a great location. Easy golf cart trip to wonderful beach access points, shops and restaurants.
