This family home is just one block from the pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and features a private heated pool. Fully furnished in coastal style and equipped with all the comforts of home, it offers a stress-free island getaway in the prestigious North End of Anna Maria.
The home features a tropical pool area with comfortable lounging and dining space, perfect for enjoying a late afternoon snack or sunset meal. The master bedroom opens directly to the pool area and lush tropical surroundings.
House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times, especially during evening and nighttime hours.
• Noise Policy – Excessive noise, parties, events, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Parking – Maximum of 3 vehicles permitted on the property.
• Pet Policy – Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $200 per pet plus applicable taxes applies. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Arrival instructions, property access information, and door codes will not be released until the rental agreement has been signed and received.
Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Accommodates up to 8 guests. Minimum stay: 3 nights
Maximum parking: 3 vehicles.

We had an excellent overall stay and truly enjoyed our time at this vacation rental. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was exactly as described, comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.The location was fantastic and one of the highlights of the trip. It was conveniently close to restaurants, shops, attractions, and transportation, while still feeling peaceful and private. It made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable.The home itself was very clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. Every room was organized and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The beds were comfortable, the amenities worked perfectly, and it was clear the property is cared for with attention to detail.The vacation rental management staff was also extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was quick, professional, and friendly before and during our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and they made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of.Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with outstanding customer service.

We enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria. This house has a great location- it’s just a short walk to the beach! We also really liked relaxing in the backyard/pool. I was surprised that there was an additional fee for paying by credit card. It’s stated in the rental agreement, but I didn’t read it closely enough. Overall, everything was great!

The rental is in a great location (walking distance to numerous restaurants) and was very clean inside the house. The furnishings were great (beds were comfortable). The pool was dirty and really unusable.Overall, the house is an older home updated with small bed rooms and bathrooms. While the home was clean it was a real downer the the pool was dirty.When you look at the overall cost (rental, cleaning, property management)...Not worth the price!
