This family home is just 1 block from the pristine white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and has a private heated pool. Fully furnished in coastal style and with all the luxuries of home for a stress free vacation. Located in the prestigious North End of the Island.
The home offers a tropical pool with a lounging and dining area for enjoying a late afternoon snack or a sunset meal. The master bedroom leads to the pool area and its lush tropical surroundings.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed overlooking the pool. The second guest room offers a Queen size bed and the final guest room offers a set of twin size beds. The living room has a pull our couch for additional sleeping. There are two full size bathrooms with bath tub and shower.
You can't beat the accommodations this home offers! Fully furnished kitchen with all the comforts of home. Towels, linen, fresh sheets and plenty of beach towels to wrap yourself in after a good long soak in the heated pool! Open floor plan with all of the amenities are here including heated salt water swimming pool, washer/dryer, cable, complimentary Wi-Fi and a fenced in back yard for your furry family members.

The property was very nice one this that i would add is on the back doors having the alarms. We have stayed at another house that had the same systems, and they had a button on the outside also you could hit. This silences the alarms when anyone is in the house asleep. The way it is set up you have to open the door and then immediately hit the button.

We had a great time! Everything was back up and running post hurricane. We did need an umbrella for the back yard/pool, and found a beach one. I’m assuming they just haven’t gotten around to getting a permanent one for the back. My only other complaint was someone opened the door to drop a fire extinguisher off without letting us know they were coming, so it scared my son. A heads up would have been great, or just placed on the porch. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Thank you!

The rental is in a great location (walking distance to numerous restaurants) and was very clean inside the house. The furnishings were great (beds were comfortable). The pool was dirty and really unusable.Overall, the house is an older home updated with small bed rooms and bathrooms. While the home was clean it was a real downer the the pool was dirty.When you look at the overall cost (rental, cleaning, property management)...Not worth the price!
