We have stayed in numerous units at Shipwatch primarily because of the elevator They are conveniently located. Great views. Nice beach. The floor plan is good and the rental price is reasonable. They are older and some are not updated but clean and comfortable.

Nice location, friendly helpful staff. Everything was functioning properly. Looked like the pictures. But it could definitely be freshened up with new paint and a deep clean.If we are back in area would consider again.

Great location to the beach, so easy to access. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. It is always nice to have a washer and dryer. We didn't find the luggage carts until after we had unpacked- they are "hidden" in the garage parking area

The unit is in need of some serious cleaning and updating. The rugs were so dirty we had to kneel on pillows. The rug under the dining table was shredded and some lamps were chipped on the bottom. I'm not suggesting that the cleaners did a bad job, but I had to take Clorox wipes and reclean all the tile floors before I would let anyone walk barefoot. This is just a sample and since we have stayed in 9 different units in Shipwatch this is the only one I have had any kind of complaint about. When compared to the other units, it rates very low. We love IOP and ShipWatch
