The beach house is in an amazing location. You have beachfront accessibility without beachfront prices. It is clean and has anything you want for an extended stay. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck, while enjoying the ocean view. Wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts kindly allowed us an early check in when our forecast called for snow. I would not hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful 6 weeks at this house. The house is in great condition and well maintained; the 3rd floor open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is bright, comfortable and has a dynamite view of the ocean; and the owners are very nice people and great communicators. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great, the kitchen is well outfitted, and it's a very short walk directly to a truly amazing beach. We highly recommend this rental!!

Beautiful location near a beautiful beach . Great neighborhood. Walking distance to a excellent restaurant. My 96 year mother was walking up and down the steps easily. Love to come back another time.

My family and I stayed here for 4 months waiting on our house to be built and the lengths the owner Mario and property manager Danny went through to keep us happy was second to none. They are amazing people. The neighbors were so friendly and the beach was beyond relaxing and very quiet. At times it felt like a private beach with very few people on it. The views will be missed the most. What a wonderful time we had and I highly recommend staying.
