Newly renovated with lots of beach charm Jinny's Beach Cottage is a fun, bright & cheerful spot to enjoy the never ending Florida Summer in St Augustine! Ride bikes 3 min to the ocean or walk 8 min there...or stay home & soak in the Cowboy Pool! Dog friendly Fenced yard, lots of parking. Open floorplan with plenty of seating, spacious bedrooms & wrap around balcony lets guests enjoy plenty of space for themselves while still being together. Bedrooms are large & roomy, spread out.
Gorgeous wood ceiling looking down at an open floor plan invites all to gather and make memories. The house is newly renovated and has an airy, laid-back and relaxed vibe and is tastefully decorated. A short 8 minutes walk will have your toes in the oven or you can ride one of the bikes and be there in 3 minutes! Great location with lots to do and explore within 20 minutes of the cottage!
Fully functioning kitchen seats 3 on the bar and the beautiful bamboo dining table seats another 8! Stainless steel refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of counter space, pots and pans and lots of dishes make for a comfortable spot to whip up a meal or order in!
There's lots of room for everyone to find their cozy spot for themselves or snuggle with loved ones on the big roomy couch and watch the bog TV! The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the living area a bright and happy spot to hang out in! The sliding doors lead to the wrap around balcony! The balcony also offers a great spot to enjoy sunsets or a morning song of the ocean waves!

One guest room features bunk beds with a Queen bed below and an XL twin above. The second guest room features a comfortable queen bed, a TV, plenty of storage space and access to a balcony!

Cowboy Soaking Pool
The Cowboy Pool is a small soaking pool and is not secured by a fence or a cover of any kind. Parents accept the risk and are responsible for ensuring their child(ren)'s safety in and around the soaking pool. Children should not play outside without an adult present at all times.

There are 5 parking spots, 2 covered. There's plenty of parking for big vehicles as well as room for a boat.

We loved this property! We didnt get to use much of the outdoor area since we were here for a single night. But it is beautiful with all the lights & landscaping. The inside is just as nice, and with many unexpected provisions which we were thankful for. Its a very short walk to the water and the neighborhood is quiet and peacefull. 10/10 would stay again!.

Comfortably fit our family of 5. Great spot for multiple beaches, shopping and restaurants. Thoughtful amenities from the host with upgrades to the house. Shaiffu and Alex made us feel welcome!

The yard needs a lot of work. Outside lights were not all working. Got a splinter on the deck of the cowboy pool. The pool had 2 patches on the bottom. Yard wasn’t comfortable to hang out in. The owner was amazing at solving any issues that arose.
