This Modern home has 5 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 3 in the lower level. A newly renovated walk-out back patio, kitchen, and living room. Top off that contemporary luxury with all of the conveniences you are looking for. The condo is one block away from the metro, which can get you near the Capitol in under 15 minutes. Not to forget that the condo is surrounded by the city's best bars, shops, and restaurants in the popular U Street/Shaw neighborhoods!
The Space:
This listing is for the entire home (upper and lower levels). All 5 bedrooms have a queen bed comfy for a good night rest. There is a full size kitchen with all the essentials you will need. There is a nice patio to enjoy the warmer weather, and amazing access to some of the best eateries, cafe's and bars are right outside the home - feel free to ask for recommendations.
Guest Access:
You can access the home through the lower level of the home. There are stairs that will lead you upstairs.
The Neighborhood:
This home is near some of the best restaurants and nightlife in the city (I am happy to provide recommendations!). It is lively on weekend nights! There is a Whole Foods 5 minutes away and a number of great music venues nearby.
Getting Around:
This home does not have dedicated parking, but there is street parking all around the building and there is a public parking garage at the Atlantic Plumbing building right up the street if that helps. The metro is also just one block away, which will help you explore the rest of the city too!
Other Things to Note:
Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack 'n Play are available upon request.

Check in was a breeze. House was spotless. Neighborhood ok but walking distance to everything with bus, train, Uber/Lyft easily available. Beds comfortable. Nice space outside.

We were family (6) in town for a wedding celebration. This house was a perfect size for us (number of bedrooms and more importantly bathrooms). Also the location was very convenient to the locations for the various parts of the celebration. Plumbing issues addressed promptly by the host but fortunately only appeared towards the end. Front bedroom quite noisy and neighborhood has its issues, but very convenient to Whole Foods, CVS and many restaurants. Overall quite nice.
