Please be respectful of the community. The home is in a very respectable and friendly neighborhood that we hope you will enjoy! We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!
> No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM. (A complaint from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation.)
> No smoking of any kind in the house. (A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.)
> No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. (A $1,000 fee will be applied with immediate cancellation.)
> No pets.
> No parking anywhere other than the back driveway.
> No extra or overnight guests. (Having more guests than stated in your reservation may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation).
> Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off the stove, oven, AC / heater.
> Keep the AC thermostat at 69 degrees or higher.
> Only use the dryer on a timed setting.
> Adult supervision of children on property at all times.
> No moving / rearranging of the furniture.
> No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
> Pre-checking bag storage only possible when available, upon request.
> Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

The home offers three floors of inviting living space.
Guests self check in and access the home with a provided front door code.
Note the unit has an unoccupied English basement beneath that is not a part of the rental. There is a shared exterior back entryway to the main unit and basement. Inside there is a foyer with direct access to the main unit through a separate coded door lock for our guests.
