We brought 2 adult chaperones and 7 8th grade students and this had the perfect amount of space. It was very easy to walk to the metro and take that in to the city each day. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for our groups plus a convenient space for parking. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Overall, a great stay!

The angle the pictures are taken at for the living room make it look much bigger than it is, but it was more than sufficient for our needs. There were a couple things that could be improved that I will message the host about, but nothing that would keep me from staying there again, should we ever get a group to go back to DC.

House was easy to find and in a walkable area. The ability to park in a designated area was a great perk. The house was very roomy and easily accommodated our group.

We had a group of students and parents stay in the home for 4 days. The home was large, clean, comfortable, and very well stocked! The neighborhood is charming, and we felt very safe walking to the metro, grocery store, and walking trail. We used the walking trail to get to the National Mall most days. The kitchen was the best set up we have found in 10 years of taking a small group of 8th-graders on their 8th-grade trip. The home is a great value for the price!
