Me and my family had a wonderful stay at the 5 bedroom beachfront cape haven house. We were on the beach, with wonderful views from every floor. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It's in a great location, right by a beach store, coneheads where we had dinner and ice cream and right by the nature preserve. The family room needed more seating but was otherwise comfy and had books and games which was nice. the bedrooms were very spacious and clean as well. The only cons I would say is that the internet is not very good, and the decks needed more places to sit and enjoy. We had problems with some broken chairs and they came right out to fix them, so great response.

Our family had a wonderful stay. With easy beach access and stunning views from every level, the home was both comfortable and memorable. It truly felt like a home away from home, with the added bonus of incredible ocean views and vivid sunsets.

We enjoy Cape San Blas, the Coastal Joe team is great, but the house needs some dire repairs and a deep clean. The house is in a great place and decks are great. The carpet and living room furniture needs to be replaced. I’m not snooty but the carpet is very old and smelly. The furniture is dirty and broken. The master shower is needing repaired. The kitchen need a deep clean. I had to clean out the silverware drawer myself. The outside yard is a mess. Banisters were sticky, owner stuff in closets, very few glasses in cabinets. Cabinets were a mess. Building materials and satellite dish debris everywhere in the yard. The house is for sale so glad no one wanted to see it while there. We will be back to CSB and will rent from Coastal Joe again. We won’t be back to this house. Pics on website not true depiction of conditions.
