About this apartment rental
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the Grandfather Mountain view side of the Sugar Top condo complex. The high rise building features a cozy lobby, gated security, an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room. This one has the best wifi available, a Sleep Number bed, new 55" tv in living room & a washer/dryer! Bed sizes are a king, a queen and a queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. No pets.
Please note that Sugar Top does not have air conditioning. However, hen you're this high on the mountain, there's always a breeze.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater , due to space limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were very responsive and the condo was well equipped with all the necessities. The views are amazing and the balcony was perfect for viewing the incredible July 4th fireworks show.

This is a great place for a family ski vacation. Everything was well maintained and functional. Its certainly not fancy, but the beds are comfortable, it feels clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Some items to note, Parking is a bit of a fiasco. We had to wait in line nearly an hour to check in and unload our car on a Friday night. Also, you have to take a shuttle to and from the front desk to the parking or to connect with the ski shuttle. Overall, we would stay here again, but the parking situation was definately a drawback.

We weren’t aware that we could only take two showers and then we had to wait 35 minutes before we could take two more showers. Parking was a problem. We went to the condo, unloaded, drive back to the parking lot, and took a shuttle back to the condo. When it’s snowing that’s a hassle. The owners need to updated.
