This homey condo has everything you need for your group to settle in and get comfortable. After a long day on the mountain, guests can set their wet clothes directly into the private washer/dryer. Pop in a DVD or get right to work cooking up something tasty in the full kitchen (complete with two breakfast bars). If you'd like a refreshing soak, head down to the shared indoor hot tub and pool. Guests will be allowed access to both throughout their stay!

But the surrounding area also features Grandfather Mountain, Rough Ridge Lookout, Linville Caverns, and more! If you need help deciding what to do, Edge of the World Adventures in Banner Elk (just under six miles from the condo) has plenty of options. For a less intense but still fun time, go searching for semi-precious stones at Sugar Greek Gem Mining just over three miles away.

Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

We enjoyed our stay. This unit really has a comfortable, cozy home-like feel. Great views of Godfather Mountain. Beds are comfortable. We didn't do any cooking. Kitchen had what we needed. Nice and friendly staff. I would stay in this unit again.

Very impressive unit! Arrival, from check-in to check-out was simple. Staff was delightful as well being helpful. Felt very clean and inviting. Loved the decor throughout the unit and the building. Stunning views right from the balcony. Beds slept just right so that is always a plus. Great place to unwind and feel right at home!!

We had a fabulous stay at Highland Holiday! The check in was a breeze and the place was clean and amazing! It was a beautiful place with breathtaking views. My husband was up early and loved to sit on the porch with his coffee and the cute hummingbirds that flew by us! I preferred the views with wine later in the day. We spent time in Banner Elk and went to the Arts festival at the bottom of Sugar. Please read the description closely. There is no air conditioning. We had fans and did not need the fans for most of the time that we were there. Such a high elevation that the mountain air is cool enough. Also, be aware of the shuttle service. We had to park further down the mountain and had to wait for the shuttle. They were extremely timely and super friendly! Just be aware that you will need to call the shuttle at the front desk to get to your car. Loved the couple that work the shuttle. We did not use the pool and hot tub, but they looked great! I really cannot say enough about our stay! We loved all of it! Thank you!

Had a lovely stay at this unit - it's cozy, and comfortable, with updated appliances and TV's.
There were four of us in our party and we were all very comfortable.
Can't beat those views.
